Pairing Ideas: These wines are alive and are zero-zero which means no sulfur added.  Can you shout Taco Tuesday, Cheese Plate & Pasta. Orange in color with fresh notes of kiwi, melon, apricot and zesty citrus.  Light in body with a refreshing acidity that goes down smoothly.  An easy afternoon drink! 

Producer Profile: The Giardino project was originally funded by the Esso gas station owned and operated by Antonio di Grutolla's brother. It's still an excellent place to get gas if you're in the area.  

Fun facts: The wine comes from a field blend from an old organic vineyard.  Is part of the NA.TU.RE. line launched in 2019.  Each grape is vinified seperately and sees four days of maceration.  The grapes are then pressed, blended and racked to old chestnut casks. Each wine has a 2 letter name: Na for the bianco, Tu for the rosato and Re for the rosso.  Collect them all!
