Pairings: Ideal with squab, Cornish game hen, roasted chicken or roast pork, grilled beef, or lamb. I recently sipped on a late afternoon glass with an In & Out Burger the other day.
Tasting Note: A charming red wine from a mix of vines planted on granite soils from Texier's coveted St. Julien en St. Alban vineyard. The fruit is co-fermented in a cluster of native yeasts in concrete tanks. Fresh, easy to drink, and fragrant.
