This is a magical zone in the wine world.  We start looking at single sites and age-able wines that you can hold onto for a few years or longer that still won't break the bank. 

Look forward to conversations and sharing these selections along with food and observing these wines open up over a couple of hours perhaps forming relationships with the wine while prepping dinner and enjoying salty snacks between delicious sips of wine and saving that last few glasses with the main meal.
