CHARDONNAY: One of the world's most popular grapes, Chardonnay is made in a wide range of styles from sparkling Bland de Blanc to rich, creamy white wines aged in oak.  Chardonnay pairs best with subtle spices and flavors.  Lobster pairs wonderfully with creamy, buttery flavors and soft textures. 

PROFILE: Yellow apple, starfruit, quince, lime peel, pineapple, white blossom, chalk, vanilla, and butter.
