VARIETAL: A rare red grape found on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily that produces high-quality light-bodied reds that are surprisingly reminiscent of Pinot Noir. 

PROFILE:  Dried Cherry, Orange Zest, Dried Thyme, Allspice, and Crushed Gravel.
