PROFILE: It's hard not to love Chenin Blanc given its diversity of styles from lean, dry whites and aromatic sparklers to balanced sweet golden nectars.  Quince, yellow apple, pear, chamomile, and honey. 

PAIRING IDEAS:  Given the wide range of styles Chenin blanc is quite versatile.  You cannot fail to pair Chenin Blanc with Thai or Vietnamese cuisine.
