Milan is a real lover of Jura, fire-roasted sausages, and exchanging of ideas.  This is the real reason he makes wine.

The first vines that the Nesterac family started to work with grew on a tiny plot that was returned to them as restitution in the early 1990s. The winery went professional in 2001.
Milan was barely 16 years old when his father handed the reins over and now at 33 years of age, he's quite an experienced young winemaker.  Since 2008 the vineyards have been organic and low intervention.
The world discovered Nestarec wines at a natural wine fair in Cologne. The current focus of the winery is to go to great lengths to care for old vineyards and keep the energy in the bottle.
