Pairing: Lamb in any preparation is great with Tempranillo. Honestly any red meat or even pork is magic with this wine.  If your a vegetarian or prepping a vegatarian meal to mix things up then mushroom paella with a generous dollop of garlic driven aoli.  

About: López de Heredia is a gem of a producer located in Haro, founded in 1877.  Honestly this wine one day will be impossible to get your hands on as the world continues to take notice of the great producers of Rioja and see the tremendous quality.
