Pairing Ideas: Aged Cheese Plate & a traditional pasta course. The red hue with a blood orange rim in color with fresh notes of cranberry, red currant, and ripe heirloom tomato on the nose with signature tomato leaf asked to be paired with a meal.  Medium in body with a refreshing acidity that goes down smoothly.  An easy late afternoon and early evening dinner drink! 

Producer Profile: Angelo Fongoli's passion led him to seek the recognition of the DOC for Sagrantino di Montefalco in 1977.  Local awards started rolling in from the Dujia D'Or in 1981 and 1983. Organic & Biodynamic.
