About: Over the years that Luís Seabra worked in the Douro region, he developed his knowledge of a set of old vines that have a very unique character, given the place where they are planted and the grape varieties that make them up.

Pairing Ideas: It goes well with any fresh seafood course, especially when prepared simply with, say, olive oil, garlic, a pinch of fleur de sel, and lemon to let the minerality of this wine really shine!
