Profile: Aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, leather, and violets are a lovely invitation to this extraordinarily complex wine. The middle is filled with plum, Bing cherry, cranberry, and a wide array of holiday spices. The finish is fresh, bright, long, and less polished than many other wines. Flavors of figs, tarragon, blood orange rind, tobacco, and cinnamon linger for minutes.

Pairing Ideas: All the classic options of any and all red meat, pork chops, served up with some potatoes au gratin or cheddar cheese grits side. This wine drinks classic refined so much so you wish you could get a few more bottles because they only made 117 case total for the 2020 vintage.
