Chillable Reds

Many red wines like Cinsault, Zweigelt, Gamay and Pinot Noir benefit from a little time in fridge.  Chilling can actually help accentuate these style of wines flavor profile.  Helping those strawberry, and red cherry notes that are so delightful when slightly chilled. 

We recommend that you keep these wines in the fridge just like you would a white or rose wine and pull it out to have a chilled first sip and just let the bottle sit out on the counter from there on out if your planning to share!
