This is truly a unique space in the wine world where you really get some mileage out of your wine.  I have been professionally tasting wine for nearly two decades at some of the best wine programs on the Las Vegas strip.  The biggest difference here is now you are drinking wines that are truly low-yield.  Look for the extra texture, body, and acidity in these wines. In short, they are more complex offerings, and to get complexity you have to invest just a little bit in your bottle as they are more labor-intensive for the winemaker to execute on this style.
